I offer osteopathic treatments that are guided by your individual concern, your current symptoms, and the course of treatment. Each session is understood as an independent process and does not follow a standardized scheme. The aim is to perceive the body as a whole and to accompany change, rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Approach

In my work, I use different manual osteopathic approaches, which are combined depending on the situation. These include both structural and functional perspectives – more direct techniques that address specific tensions, as well as indirect techniques that give the body space to unfold its own regulatory processes.

A treatment begins with a detailed case history, followed by a physical examination and the subsequent osteopathic treatment. Afterwards, practical suggestions or exercises often emerge that can be integrated into daily life. It is important to me to actively involve you in the treatment process and to explore together what supports your body in everyday life.

Treatment may include aspects of the musculoskeletal system, the internal organs, as well as the nervous system. What matters is not the application of individual methods, but a coherent overall process that is oriented toward the person and their specific concern.

Additional Information

Existing medical reports or previous examination findings are welcome and can be brought to your appointment. They may help to meaningfully contextualize and complement the osteopathic treatment.

Fees & Reimbursement

It is important to me to make osteopathic treatment as accessible as possible. For this reason, I work with a solidarity-based pricing model, within which patients may choose the fee themselves.
